The series returns this year after a two-year absence due to Covid and looks set to be better than ever with an exciting calendar of events set out.
Ten races have been scheduled and the final standings will aggregate runners’ best seven performances from the Grand Prix races (best four from seven for juniors).
Anyone can take part in the Grand Prix series - you don’t even need to live in Norfolk - everyone is welcome.
All ages are taken as at December 31 with masters in five-year age groups from 40 to 70+.
The first race of the series, the Valentine’s 10K, organised by Norfolk Gazelles, takes place on Sunday, February 6.
