Online sales can be returned providing they have not been worn for use other than just having been tried on indoors. In terms of clothing, all we ask is that the item is in its original unworn and unwashed condition with any packaging or tags. This does not include trying the item on, but just as long on as you don't stain with makeup or deodorant, etc. Please note that any refunds via Royal Mail post or home deliveries will be subject to a £5.00 restocking fee.
