Optionally, you can bring your current pair of running shoes to your appointment to help give us a more in-depth analysis.
Virtual Zoom appointments are alternatively available upon request via contacting sales@sportlink.co.uk or calling the store on 01603 868606. All you need is access to a treadmill and someone to film you on a smart device. * Please note that in-store appointments will take priority.

PLEASE NOTE due to new government regulations we are no longer able to accept returned shoes that have been worn outside (even for a gentle mile). Online sales can be returned providing they have not been worn for use other than just having been tried on indoors. In terms of clothing, all we ask is that the item is in its original unworn and unwashed condition with any packaging or tags. This does not include trying the item on, but just as long on as you don't stain with makeup or deodorant, etc. Please note that any refunds via Royal Mail post or home deliveries will be subject to a £5.00 restocking fee. This does not apply to click and collect orders.
