Since the first running of this very unique race in 2002, this crazy but huge fun event has become a must do run for many runners throughout Norfolk.
Having joined the Sportlink Team in 2013, he was able to combine his Sports Science studies and skills with his work whilst helping customers and clients with all their running and fitness requirements.

He also represented Hellesdon and Norwich District in the Norfolk Schools Cross Country Championships two years running.
He has a huge interest in running shoe technology and is always keen to learn as much as he can about the new developments and materials which the manufacturers are looking to improve on all the time.
Having suffered a long term injury, Craig is looking to return to the running scene in 2021.
Chris started running in 2014 and quickly found a love for the sport, winning his first marathon, the Norfolk Coastal trail marathon, in November 2015. Since then he has gone on to race over a wide variety of distances, from track races to ultra marathons. Currently he is using 2022 to work on his 5K and 10K speed before having another crack at his favourite distance, the marathon.
Joining Sportlink in early 2019 has only served to add to his interest in shoe technology, biomechanics, the history of the sport and of course his running shoe collection.

Karen has been interested in fitness since her early teens and qualified as a fitness instructor in her twenties. Later working as a Primary School teacher, she was responsible for the delivery of the P.E. curriculum within the school (fantastic as she got to wear running shoes for work)!
More recently having rediscovered the joy of running she now can’t imagine a world without it. Karen runs with Waveney Valley AC.
Goals before her next milestone birthday (21and a bit) include an ultra, a triathlon and learning as much about running shoe technology as possible.
Working at Sportlink things have gone full circle and she can now wear her running shoes to work again!
