How to measure your body

This guide is to help with the process of measuring your body. Many people are unsure how to find out their size, so this guide is to explain and help you to be able to take these measurements correctly.

Please note, it is important to keep the tape measure slightly loose when measuring as pulling it too tight could give you a false measurement... you might not be as slim as you think!
