Same day dispatch

All orders received before 4pm GMT Monday to Friday (Excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day. In reality, most orders placed before 5pm will be shipped the same day although this cannot be guaranteed.

Recorded orders will require a signature on delivery where as non recorded will not. For your convenience you can specify a delivery address other than that registered to the credit card.

We reserve the right to contact you to confirm the purchase if we consider the transaction to be suspicious in any way, therefore please include a telephone number in your order details to ensure delivery is not delayed.

We dispatch all orders before the time deadline, however we accept no liability for goods delayed through no fault of our own. If you have not received your goods with 7 working days then please contact us.

You Only Pay Once

Part orders, if some of the goods in your order are in stock and some aren't - we'll send the ones that are straight away and the others as soon as they come in - but you only pay one delivery charge.

For Xtenex laces please note, for UK delivery, postage is FREE and usually takes around 1 working day for delivery including Saturday's and does not require a signature.

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded - This recorded service requires a signature on delivery and usually takes 1 working day for delivery including Saturday's. With this recorded service we will also send via email a tracking code, for you to track your order.

Cost £4.24, (VAT included) for most orders depending on weight, this will be clearly stated at checkout stage.

Royal Mail 1st Class Standard - This service does not require a signature and can be left in another location (back garden, garage and shed etc) should you not be at home to accept delivery. If you require your item to be left in a different location, please email us at sales@sportlink.co.uk or call us on 01603 868606 to arrange for your item to be left elsewhere and further instructions. Please note, in the highly unlikely case your item gets lost, we are unable to offer compensation or track your parcel on standard delivery, sportlink.co.uk accepts no responsibilities for any lost items using the standard delivery postage delivery. Delivery usually takes around 1 working day including Saturday's.

Cost £3.50, (VAT included) for most orders depending on weight, this will be clearly stated at checkout stage.

Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded - Same with 1st recorded, this service requires a signature although it usually takes around 3 working days for delivery including Saturday's. However if you are in no hurry for your product the you may prefer this cheaper option whilst being able to still track your order.

Cost £3.75, (VAT included) for most orders depending on weight, this will be clearly stated at checkout stage.

Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard - As with 1st class standard, this is our cheapest dispatch option. Second class mail aims to deliver your packet by the 3rd working day after posting, including Saturday.

Cost £2.99, (VAT included) for most orders depending on weight, this will be clearly stated at checkout stage.

 

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Working Day before 1pm) - This is our most popular service. Providing you place your order by 4pm Monday - Friday, you will receive your order the next working day before 1pm or your money back (providing your order is in stock).

Cost £6.69, (VAT included) for most orders depending on weight, this will be clearly stated at checkout stage.

Royal Mail Special Delivery 9am (Delivered Next Working Day Before 9am) - Although not the cheapest service, this delivery if for the customer who need's urgent delivery. This service guarantees delivery of your items to you by 9am the next working day.

Cost £14.74, (VAT included) for most orders depending on weight, this will be clearly stated at checkout stage.
