Same day dispatch
Products ordered before 4PM GMT Monday to Friday (Excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day. In reality, most orders placed before 5pm will be shipped the same day although this cannot be guaranteed.
Recorded orders will require a signature on delivery where as non recorded will not. For your convenience you can specify a delivery address other than that registered to the credit card.

Credit card payments are accepted through Securetrading, a secure and highly respected credit card processing agent.
We reserve the right to contact you to confirm the purchase if we consider the transaction to be suspicious in any way, therefore please include a telephone number in your order details to ensure delivery is not delayed.
We dispatch all orders before the time deadline, however we accept no liability for goods delayed through no fault of our own. If you have not received your goods with 7 working days then please contact us.
You Only Pay Once
Part orders, if some of the goods in your order are in stock and some aren't - we'll send the ones that are straight away and the others as soon as they come in - but you only pay one delivery charge.
Weekend Orders
Orders received on Saturday / Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (Excluding bank holidays).
