Returning your goods is easy. Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return any product (in a re-saleable condition and in it's original box) and we will exchange them or refund your payment (less postage & packaging costs) when the goods are received back by us
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please note that any custom printed or embroidered goods are non returnable. Ensure that the details passed to us in your order are correct.
If you have found another item you wish to exchange a product for, please return the original purchase to us, and we will gladly exchange the goods and send them out. If you would like a refund, we will return the monies to you by the same method you originally paid by. When returning goods to us please write reason and request on the back of the invoice, wrap securely and send it back to our address listed below.
Please ensure that you obtain a certificate of postage as your insurance against loss / damage.
Faulty Goods:
If goods are thought to be faulty, please return them to our returns department at: Sportlink Specialist Sports, Unit 6, Drayton Business Park, Taverham Road, Drayton, Norwich, Norfolk, NR8 6RL within a reasonable time from purchase.
If the goods are faulty, a full refund including p&p, exchange or credit will be given according to the customer's wishes.
Cancellation:
Any customer has the right to cancel a product. If that product has already been despatched, then it can be returned to us (in re-saleable condition and in it's original box) and a refund, exchange or credit will be given according to the customer's wishes (excluding the package and postage costs.)
Please note we suggest using Royal Mail Recorded to send the goods back to us. We can not accept responsibility for goods lost while in transit to us.

Embroidery
We offer an Embriodery Service which allows you to personalise your training or team kits with your own personal logo, player name or club name. Please call us or email us for set up costs.
Please note; The layout, design or any colour changes are at the sole discretion of the embroiderer. Embroidery will take an additional 5-7 working days for delivery. When ordering embroidery from our website please state your requirements where highlighted.
NB There is a strict no returns policy once embroidery has been applied, unless the goods are found to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
