Returning an item:

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason then please inform us via telephone 01603 868606 or email sales@sportlink.co.uk within 7 days and we will exchange them or refund your payment (less postage & packaging costs) when the goods are received back by us (in a re-saleable condition and in it's original box).

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancellations:

If you cancel your order and not go ahead with your order, you can cancel within 7 days from the date we receive your order.

Should you cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us on 01603 868606 or sales@sportlink.co.uk after placing your order and we'll do our best to cancel your order before it's despatched.

.If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, Cancelling after dispatch you'll need to wait until you receive your order and then follow our return's procedure.

Faulty Goods:

If goods have been damaged then please inform us as soon as possible, before returning the goods to us and we will exchange or offer a full refund. If we find a manufacturing fault, we'll happily replace or refund it.

Occasionally, if we're struggling to locate a fault, we may request a second opinion from the product manufacturer. If the manufacturer deems the fault not to be of the product Sportlink Specialist Sports Ltd (Sportlink.co.uk) reserve the right not to issue a refund.

.If the goods are faulty, a full refund including p&p, exchange or credit will be given according to the customer's wishes.
